I appologise for not getting this information up earlier.  Charlize Celeste Beaudin was born the morning of August 31.  At 8:26 am a bright light entered the world!  We have all been very busy getting used to our new schedule.  She is already practicing Yoga......she loves Happy Baby Pose!  LOL!

I will have the new class schedule up for next week.  Please don't hesitate to e-mail if you have any questions.

Well, I finally know when this little one is coming!!!  This will be the final week of classes (the last class being Thursday, Yoga and Weights).  Please feel free to send me an e-mail, text or phone if you have any questions over the next week.  I will miss you all over the next month.  I promise to keep you updated as to when classes will resume.  I am expecting things to be up and running again for the first week of October!  I wish you all a happy and healthy September.

Just a reminder to keep checking my blog for class information!  Classes will be put on hold for a month once this little monkey comes along!  It could happen any time after August 15th!!!  I will also be posting new classes for September.  I am looking at introducing Yin Yoga along with a 30 minute cardio blast class!

How many fruits and veggies have you had today????

Making it a goal to consume at least 3 fruits and 5 veggies into
your day will change the way you feel! You will find that these fiber filled
foods will keep you full and satisfied throughout your day. You are also helping
to hydrate your body as most fruits and veggies have a high water content. The
increase in fiber will without a doubt help with any digestive issues. You will
also notice that you will begin to lose weight and feel lighter without even
trying! Swapping and apple for crackers as your snack is a sure way to fill up
without the extra calories and refined carbs. I have given you only a few
reasons why it is so important to incorporate these foods into your
day........I'm sure you could think of a few more!

Remember.....your body
is a machine and needs to be fuelled properly in order to run well! If you feed
it with crap, it will run like crap! It's really as simple as
that.
